Isaiah De-Andre Norman, 22, of Fredericksburg, is wanted following an early morning incident on Thursday, Oct. 13 near the area of Kilmer Lane and Jurgensen Drive in Triangle, officials say.

Officers from the Prince William Police Department on patrol shortly before 12:45 a.m. on Thursday morning spotted a vehicle occupied by an unresponsive driver - later identified as Norman - and a second man in the passenger's seat.

When officers were able to make contact with the two men, Norman refused to follow their commands and put the vehicle into gear, striking two officers as he fled the area in the vehicle.

The officers were uninjured.

Investigators searched the area, but were unable to locate Norman. Following the incident, officers obtained an arrest warrant for Norman, who is now wanted for:

  • Two counts of malicious wounding of a law enforcement officer;
  • Obstruction of justice;
  • DUI;
  • Eluding;
  • Driving on a revoked license.

Norman was described as being 6-foot-3 weighing approximately 185 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was driving a Chevy Malibu with a Washington license plate with a “CBK1616” tag.
